Fair use, and what happens if you outgrow it
Plans are sized for pipelines of up to 100 nodes — a node is one step: a fetch, a transform, a match, a write — running no more often than every 15 minutes. That covers essentially all normal use.
Past either of those we may throttle a pipeline, so one heavy account cannot crowd everyone else off the platform. Throttling slows a pipeline down; it does not silently drop your work, and we tell you before it happens.
If you genuinely need bigger pipelines or a faster cadence, you can buy extra credits as you need them instead of jumping a whole plan. Ask us and we will quote the rate for your usage before anything is charged.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@logix4u.com — canceling is free, we confirm in writing, future renewals stop, and your pipelines keep running to the end of the period you have already paid for. Taxes are added where required by law. Full refund within 14 days if it does not do what we said it would. See the Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Logix4U is a small, independent automation shop in Northport, New York. We work directly with the person who owns the problem — there is no account management layer between you and whoever builds your pipeline.
